What are the Covid-19 Procedures?

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made appropriate changes to our policies and procedures to allow for more flexibility and comfort during these challenging times.

MANDATORY MASK POLICY: As per current government regulations, we ask that all tenants, guests and team members wear a non-medical (or cloth) face mask when in any publicly accessible area of our building. This includes all hallways, stairwells, lobby area, laundry room, parking garage and commercial spaces.

LEASE MODIFICATION: Lease modifications may be granted for tenants with a full-academic (8-month) lease. For tenants with a September lease start date, our team will reach out during the summer months to offer lease modifications, if required, due to COVID-19 restrictions and circumstances (ie. online learning). There will be a two-week deadline to request lease modification, such as a modification to start in January instead of September. Following this deadline, the only option to modify a lease will be for the tenant to locate their own sublease tenant.

ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITIZATION MEASURES: The use of personal protective equipment is strictly adhered to by all on-site team members. Our housekeeping team will ensure frequent cleaning and sanitization of all high-touch surfaces in common areas, including handles, keypads, tables and chairs.
