Please note that our hotel is not equipped with an elevator, so should you require a suite on a lower floor, or one that is wheelchair accessible, please contact us right away. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We operate with a convenient virtual front desk. 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in, we will send you an email that contains entry codes to the building and your suite/s, along with important information that you’ll need during your stay.

If you do not receive that email, please contact us right away. At that time, we will also charge your credit card the full amount of your booking.
